Wood Floors

This last week our life has been turned upside down (by many things, actually), but in this case it was that we ripped out carpet and put in wood floors in the living room, hall, and bedroom. Furniture was all over the place, and we were all forced to sleep in different areas and finally just get out of the house all together! I have pictures, which I will include at a later time. Yesterday we moved back in, got a few new pieces of furniture to compliment the look and... IT IS AWESOME. Really feels nice! Again, don't worry, I have pictures coming!

Storm

Both Riley and Ame played Rec League Soccer this year, and had a great time. Both wanted to try out of Heber City's Competative Soccer Team, called the Storm. They had tryouts Saturday morning at 9:00 and both Riley and Ame decided to try. Ame's coach just contacted me this morning, and SHE MADE THE TEAM! So she will be playing on the competative soccer team for the whole next year. It's exciting. She doesn't know yet, because she's in school, but she's going to do a backflip. After we the tryouts, I asked her what she thought, and this was her cocky reply: "Oh I made the team. I'm prett sure." Well she was right! Riley's team has 2nd Tryouts Tonight, so we'll see what happens there. He did well in the drills they gave him, but he's such a small kid he doesn't have much power in his kick.
