House

The offer we made on the house was accepted. Because it is a bank in trouble they only accepted it on the condition that we close by the end of September. That's pretty quick! So we have to start doing our due dilligence. I'll take photos today and come back and let you see it. Who knows, we might not do it. It's expensive, even though it's a deal, and a lot could go wrong. But we're proceeding right now to see how it goes.
